Cassava is a cash crop of great Economic importance to Nigeria. A lot of the cassava produced by farmers go to waste because of lack of proper preservation & storage and crude food processing techniques. Produce from cassava processing include Garri, Starch, Flour, Cassava Chips, Ethanol and Livestock feed.
